Weight loss and Wellness Course is a 6 week online course designed to guide you through your weight loss journey in an easy, no fuss, straight forward way.  With so much noise out there it can be hard to decipher what is the right or wrong way to go about weight loss.  This course is designed to take the guess work out of it and give you a straightforward plan to support you on your way to your goals.

Welcome to Órla’s Happy Hormones Women’s Wellness Online 8 Weeks Course helping to bring you back to a place of health, wellness, balance and self connection.

This course can be done at your own pace over the 8 weeks, either taking a weekend to go through the content all at once or else focusing on 1 module per week. Over the 8 weeks, there will be 1-1 check-ins and live Q&A’s in the Facebook group on Mondays to set you up for the week going forward.
