Anxiety and Stress Release Journey is a 5 week guided online course designed to
walk you to a more peaceful, connected and stress free you. At the root of 90%
of my 1-1 clients’ hormonal dysfunction and overall dis-ease is stress. We live in
an uncertain world where we can feel a lack of control causing our stress
hormones to control us. As well as our global environment, we have our own
personal stress and traumas that we store in our bodies. This course is designed
to bring self awareness, release, self acceptance and guide you back to your
center again.

  • Module 1 – Awareness Week
  • Module 2 – Body Week
  • Module 3 – Breath & Boundaries Week
  • Module 4 – Surrender Week
  • Module 5 – Acceptance Week

How I will be guiding you:

  • Weekly access to each module (one module per week) to slowly create
    awareness in a gentle way
  • Weekly live group zoom call guiding you through the module of the week
    with time for Q&A’s

    solutions

  • Support in setting boundaries
  • A weekly check-in sheet for us to work more closely on your personal
    stress relief plan
  • Weekly 1-1 check in with me for accountability and to answer any of your
    questions
