- Eating for your cycle. Detailed Wholefood Nutritional Plan – This is a tailored program introducing whole, fresh foods into your diet to support your bodies natural detoxification pathways as well as optimising certain foods to increase proper hormone production.
- Recipe Guide – An extensive recipe book for your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
- Home or Gym Beginner & Intermediate Workout Plans
- Supplement Guidance – When our hormones are out of balance, it is a good idea to supplement back in what you are lacking. These supplements are only recommended for the duration of the online program and then you can let your food do the work from then on.
- Mindfulness Practice: Wellness Techniques – Becoming in tune with our bodies starts with our environment and daily rituals. I will give you guidance on Morning Movement techniques as well as breath work and gratitude practices.
- Moving for your cycle. Optional 30 minute gentle home workout – A gentle home workout designed to suit your body and bring movement and exercise into your life 3 times a week to help promote healthy hormones and overall wellness.
